This Contest is sponsored and administered by Nailed It Roofing & Construction Inc., Ontario, Canada (the “Sponsor”).
- Eligibility
Open to:

- Legal residents of Ontario
- Age 18 years or older
- Homeowners eligible to contract roofing services
Not eligible:

- Employees of the Sponsor
- Immediate family members
- Members of the same household
- Contest Period
Begins March 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST
Ends July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST
- How to Enter
A. Customer Entry
Participants will receive one (1) entry if they:

- Sign a qualifying roof replacement contract valued at $10,000+ before tax by July 15, 2026, AND
- Complete the project and pay in full by July 31, 2026

Projects not completed and paid in full by this date will not qualify.
Limit: one entry per household/property address
Completion timelines are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and operational scheduling. The Sponsor reserves final determination.
B. No Purchase Necessary Entry
To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit by mail a handwritten essay of at least 100 words explaining: Why proper roof maintenance is important for homeowners.

Entries must be postmarked no later than July 15, 2026. Limit one entry per household.
C. Definition of Qualifying Roof Replacement
A qualifying roof replacement is defined as:

- A full residential roof replacement project
- With a minimum contract value of $10,000 CAD before tax
- Involving removal and replacement of the primary roofing system

The following do not qualify:

- Roof repairs
- Partial replacements
- Insurance-only repairs
- Service or maintenance work
- Non-roofing exterior work
- Commercial projects (unless approved)

The Sponsor reserves the right to determine qualification.
- Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won.
The prize consists of:
One (1) trip for two (2) people with an approximate retail value of $5,000 CAD.
The prize may include:

- Round-trip airfare
- Hotel accommodations
- Travel package or travel credit
Actual components of the prize will be determined by the Sponsor.
The prize:

- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
- Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place on or about August 17, 2026 at the offices of Nailed It Roofing & Construction in Ontario.
- Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
- Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by:

- Phone and/or
within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the selected entrant:

- Cannot be contacted
- Does not respond within seven (7) days
- Fails the skill-testing question
An alternate entrant may be selected.
- Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use:

- Their name
- City of residence
- Photograph
for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to:

- Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary
- Disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process
Any attempt to undermine the contest may result in disqualification and legal action.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

- Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues or website failures

- Travel disruptions or cancellations
