Re-destribute ballast for ballast roof systems For roof membranes that are floating and not anchored or fastened, gravel or riverstone are used to weigh them down to prevent the roof membrane from blowing away especially during high winds. We will re-distribute the ballast that has shifted over time to ensure the membrane underneath is properly covered. |

Install patio stone/walkways for frequently accessed area on the roof For high traffic areas on the roof (e.g. hatch opening or top of ladder or path to building systems), we will install patio stones and walkways to prevent the membranes from puncturing and people from slipping (especially since TPO/EPDM membrane tends to be slippery). |
